One Spark at Night

One Spark at night lights up the sky

The fire dances on restless bodies of wildlife

The next day you hear a little bird cry

The whole life in this forest is gone

But the life elsewhere moves on

A few years later beautiful lives revive

Over old ashes of prior lives

Nothing is perpetual in this world

Just like all the fires in this world

We can lose everything in one word

But the final decision may be yours

You can be the bird who cries till he dies

Or fly away to live in another beautiful world
