Why the Falcon had to Fly

A remarkable Falcon glides through the sky

I’m immersed in its beauty and his rights to fly

Then, I lose my train of thought

A voice kicks in… “Why the falcon had to fly”

Blaming the bird for my distracted mind

Not owning the blame has been my kind of life

The kind to not confront my weaknesses in life

But, the only way to rise high

Is to face those struggles down the line
